Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders up to ₹2,500.
  • If your cart value exceeds ₹2,500, the COD option will not be available at checkout.
  • COD orders carry an additional charge of ₹100.

We recommend choosing prepaid orders to avoid extra charges and enjoy a smoother delivery experience.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days across India.
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days to prepare your order for dispatch.
  • We always aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Address & Multiple Deliveries

  • Please ensure you enter a complete and correct delivery address along with an active contact number.
  • Our delivery partners may contact you or request an OTP before delivery.
  • Orders are delivered only to the address provided at checkout.
  • For delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Order Processing Days

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the next working day.

Courier Partners & Delivery Confirmation

  • We work with trusted courier partners for safe and timely delivery.
  • A signature or OTP verification may be required at the time of delivery.
  • Once the order is successfully delivered and acknowledged, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Post-Delivery Support

We are not responsible for any damage after the order has been delivered.

Any issues such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not our responsibility.

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please inform us within 24 hours so we can investigate.
