GJ E-Retail India Pvt Ltd operates the website https://www.bubsiefamily.com/. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to protect both parties and set clear expectations for our services.

1. General
Our inventory is subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, discrepancies may occasionally occur, preventing us from fulfilling your entire order at the time of purchase. If a product is out of stock, Bubsie reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase, and the quoted price is final.

3. Delivery Terms
Metros- It usually takes 3-5 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. 

Rest of India -   It usually takes 5-7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. 

Orders are generally processed within 2 working days of placement. Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday during regular business hours, excluding national holidays. In such cases, we strive to minimize any shipment delays.

4. Change of Delivery Address
You may request a change of delivery address at any time before your order is dispatched by contacting our customer care via phone or email.

5. Deliverable Pin code Availability
Courier services may update their pin code coverage due to unforeseen circumstances. If your pin code becomes non-serviceable, our customer care team will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping address if possible. Bubsiefamily.com reserves the right to cancel the order if an alternative address is not available.

6. Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as delays with our courier partners due to weather conditions or strikes.

7. Tracking Notifications
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress.

8. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel's outer box is damaged during transit, please reject the delivery if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please reach out to customer service for further instructions. Please remember to record an unboxing video when you open the package. This will assist us in processing any complaints smoothly and ensuring a fair resolution.

9. Goods & Service Tax
All prices displayed at checkout include all applicable taxes.

10. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped without any questions asked. Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you still wish to cancel after the order has been shipped, you must inform us via email or phone. You may also refuse delivery. For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated once the product is returned to our hub.

11. Missing or Damaged Product
If a product is missing or damaged upon delivery, you must send us a video of the delivery package within 24 hours as proof.

12. Claim Settlement for Lost in Transit
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation and confirmed the parcel is lost.

13. Fake Delivery
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact customer care or email us with your order ID within 24 hours of the delivery notification.

14. Shipment Return to Origin (RTO)
Our courier partner will attempt delivery three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to origin (RTO). If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, or due to the recipient’s unavailability, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-delivery costs.

For non-COD orders, reshipment will be arranged once the product is returned to our warehouse, provided the customer still wants the item and is willing to cover the shipping cost. COD customers will need to place a new order.
