Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.

Returns & Replacements
We offer exchanges or replacements only in the following cases:
- Incorrect product received
- Product damaged during delivery
- Manufacturing defect
Wrong or Damaged Product
- Please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Manufacturing Defect
- Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligible products will be exchanged or replaced.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
- All prepaid accessories and accessory-only orders are non-returnable.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Because your baby’s health and hygiene are our top priority, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. This helps us maintain the highest safety standards for every family.

- Opened units: Non-returnable
- Unopened units in original sealed packaging: Eligible for return with a ₹500 restocking fee

- Opened units: Non-returnable
- Unopened units in original sealed packaging: Eligible for return with a ₹200 restocking fee

Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email to request a Return.
- Share photos or videos to support your request.
- For claims related to missing or damaged items from a sealed package, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
- For eligible returns, we will arrange a free pickup.
- Once the product is received and verified, we will process the exchange or replacement.
Change of Mind / Wrong Order (Customer Remorse)
- The product is unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Restocking Fee (deducted from exchange value):

Refund Policy
Bubsie primarily offers exchanges or replacements.
Refunds are issued only in rare cases where an exchange or replacement is not possible.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after return verification.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
