 How to Return

  • Provide your order number and email address or phone number.
  • Follow the instructions and select the product you wish to return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

     7-Day Return Policy

    • The product must have been purchased directly from www.bubsiefamily.com.
    • The original invoice must be provided.
    • Returns will not be accepted if more than 7 days have passed since the delivery date.
    • The product(s) should be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and returned in their original packaging, including all parts, freebies, and a copy of the original invoice. To maintain product quality, please ensure proper packaging when returning the item.

    Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including electric nail trimmer, electric nasal aspirator etc.

    Order Cancellation Rights

    • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer care team, no questions asked.
    • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the order is already shipped and you still wish to cancel, please inform us via email or phone. You can also refuse delivery. For prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated once the product is returned to our hub.

    Are There Any Charges for Returns?

    • There are no return charges.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

    • Once your return request is received and the returned product is inspected by our Return Team, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
    • If the return is rejected due to non-compliance with our return policy, we will return the product to you.
