Warranty Policy

At Bubsie, we care deeply about the quality, safety, and reliability of our products because we know how important they are for you and your baby. Our warranty is designed to support you and give you peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

  • All Bubsie products come with a 6-month or 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please check the individual product page for the exact warranty period.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects when the product is used as per instructions.
  • Products like the Electric Nasal Aspirator and Rechargeable Bottle Cleaning Brush have built-in batteries. These products must be charged only with the correct voltage adapters mentioned in the user manual. Damage caused by using the wrong adapter or voltage is not covered under warranty.
  • The warranty is valid only for the original buyer and cannot be transferred.
  • Accessories included with the product are not covered, as they depend on individual usage.

  • Our support team will guide you and may ask for photos, videos, or other details to understand the issue.
  • All warranty requests are reviewed and approved by Bubsie.
  • Depending on the issue, we may repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished unit.
  • The product may need to be sent to our service centre for inspection. This process usually takes 3–4 business days after we receive the product.
  • The final decision on the warranty claim will be made by our technical team, and the findings will be shared with you.

Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
  • It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or use beyond normal conditions.
  • If a product is replaced, the replacement will carry the remaining warranty period of the original product.
  • Bubsie is not responsible for any indirect or incidental losses.

Warranty Does Not Apply If

  • The product is not used according to the instructions in the user manual.
  • Damage is caused by power surges, natural events, or improper handling.
  • There is physical damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.
